<types of painting and methods>

there are many types of painting, however if we list out the most generalized ways, it will be brush painting, roller painting, deposition painting, electro deposition painting, ?? painting, air spray painting, airless spray painting, static spray painting.

1. Brush painting : this progress is comparatively slow in speed of painting. However, can be widely used where it requires beauty or painting small painting areas. Especially well used for painting complicated and complex areas which internal painting and spray painting is difficult. Must be careful not to have too much paint on the brush and when painting for a second time, must maintain the angle of 60 so that there will not be any marks of brush, and just give it 2-3 strokes.

2. roller painting : this is used for painting inner and outer of a building and where it requires nice appearance. It is difficult to get the thickness of a fragment, therefore it is important to choose a roller of regular length when painting rough surface or uneven surface.

3. dipping : this is to deposit the product into the paint tank, and get the fragment from drying after getting rid of the excessive paint. It is very easy to assemble and does not have any loss of paint, this is suitable for the parts which shape is not at all complicated and those needed to paint in and out of a small and big parts at a same time. While dipping the paint must be of lowat a same time. While dipping the paint must be of low viscosity and there should not be the deposition of pigment and must not have any films. And the storage efficiency should be long enough to be in a tank long enough.

4. electro deposition painting : this can be separated into anion electro deposition AED painting and cation electro deposition CED painting. It is known now that the anion is better than cation so many are beginning to change into AED painting. For small products, voltage should be 100-120V and for big ones, 250-300V is suitable.

5. ?? painting : this is to make the synthetic resins into powder and paint onto the product. Normal paint will smelt or ?? the resin in water or organic solvent, add fluidity to paint make the operation well-run. However, the organic solvent and water is useless ingredient in making fragment so we get rid of this ingredient and just use the resins. This method is ?? painting.

6. air spray painting : using about 220L the compressed air to granulize 1L of paint and make out various spraying pattern and widely control the viscosity of paint and do the painting operation. On the other hand this method will lose a lot of excessive paint and destroy the paint particles. The paint particles which are left over in the air might be dried and get on the painting liquid surface and make the surface rough state.

7. airless spray painting : this is used to repair the large quantity of painting and to protect the painting and also used in places where it requires little elaborateness. It is also used to paint wide areas in least time and smallest number of painting. The granulized air will not repulse so that it has small spray pattern and therefore, will prevent from excess spraying, that is, spraying outside of the fragment.

8. static spray painting : running the static through the painting liquid and using the human resource to stick the paint particles. Things used in static painting equipment is a disk or a bell-shaped rotating block which will bring out the static from the granulized paint particles which is made from airless or air spray method. Place the static equipment at the end of the sunken part and so that the outflow of paint particles will have the static. Must be careful of high voltage and must use the indicated ????.
